We believe that it takes more than a few nights to be sure you’ve made the right choice on a new mattress, and that is why we offer you 200 nights to try your mattress and get used to it in the comfort of your own home.
Not completely satisfied? The returns process is simple and free. We will exchange your mattress or send you a full refund for your order, no justification needed.
Your 200-night trial begins as soon as you receive your new mattress.
Not completely satisfied? Get in touch with us and we will send a courier service to collect your mattress on a day that suits you.
Your payment will be refunded in full as soon as we receive your mattress in good condition.
Your mattress is then reconditioned, sent to a charitable organisation or recycled.
Don't forget that it can take at least 30 days for the body to adapt to a new mattress.

We offer a 200-night trial because we believe that a quick test in a shop isn’t enough to be sure that a mattress, which you will sleep in for years to come, is right for you. That is why we strongly advise that you spend multiple nights sleeping on your new mattress to fully appreciate its comfort.
Our customers can be aware of the change in their bed for the first 15-30 days of use. If after 30 days you are still not used to your new mattress, then you may wish to think about changing it. Make sure you have the right bed base for your mattress for maximum comfort.
Returns are free for our mattresses and toppers. For our other products, you will be required to cover the return costs. For more information, go to the returns page.
For mattresses, there is no need to keep the packaging. We will take care of the packaging upon collection.
No, each mattress is guaranteed to be brand new.
Mattresses that are returned are then recycled, reconditioned or donated to charitable organisations.
