We pay particular attention to our customers' shopping experience. That's why we offer different delivery options to suit every need.

The choice is yours

> Standard: Delivery to the ground floor
> Comfort: Delivery in the room you want
> Premium: Delivery in the room of your choice + collecting your old mattress

Our delivery times vary between 3 and 5 working days depending on the delivery option and the time and day of your purchase on our site.

For the Comfort and Premium delivery options, you can choose the desired delivery date on our website when placing your order.

How does it work?

Each product is delivered fresh from our workshop in Chichester.

Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will start preparing your order.

As soon as your Hypnia product is dispatched, we will send you an email with a tracking link, so you can follow your items on their journey.

Our couriers will contact you on the day of delivery to let you know when your mattress will arrived.

Do I have to pay for the return?

The return is free for mattresses and toppers. For all other products, the return costs are at your expense.

Should I keep the packaging?

For the mattress, there is no need to keep the packaging. We will take care of packing the mattress at the time of pick-up with an organic cover.

Do I sleep on a mattress that someone has returned?

No, every mattress is brand new. Returned mattresses are then either recycled, reconditioned or donated to charity.

How is the refund made?

Once the item is returned to us, we will refund you within 48 hours of receipt of the returned product by our warehouse or 10 days and we will also cancel your payment if you have chosen to pay in instalments.
