The bed is so comfortable! I sleep like a baby!

FIRST CLASS

I am very happy with my new Supreme Hybrid Mattress. Very reliable company, quick delivery in right time, no delay. Delivery service was good, two men were polite - they brought heavy box with mattress upstairs (our mattress size is 160x200), after they unpacked and put it on our bed. The job was done in a very professional way starting from order in online and delivery our new and comfortable to sleep mattress. As a bonus we received 2 new pillows for free. Thank you very much Hypnia for the best service you provided for us. Before we had very bad experience when we ordered Emma mattress online, they promised delivery in 5-7 working days and disappeared, I sent them emails, phoned them few times , everything we achieved was a message that we need to wait another 6 weeks, we cancelled our order with Emma and found Hypnia for better quality mattress and good service.

Supreme Hybrid Mattress

Initially when I first placed my order there was a fault on the website which was quickly dealt with by the customer service team then when my order turned up there was a small bracket missing off the centre of the Bedframe so I wasn’t very happy BUT once again the customer service team were great they kept me informed daily with emails & phone calls until my issue was put right, they even compensated me due to my issues, Great! So why only 4 stars? My only negative comment the Bedframe comes with only one tie to lift the Ottoman frame and when the mattress is on top it’s extremely heavy, my wife has difficulty lifting it, perhaps stronger gas lift springs or even putting two tie pulls on the bottom frame would make it easier, would have given it 5 stars.

I’ve never slept on a Hybrid Mattress before so I was not sure what to expect, I read all the reviews online which were very good so I decided to give it a try, initially the first few nights I was undecided as I found it a lot firmer than I had imagined but after several nights I found it got more and more comfortable and I am now getting a great nights sleep with no back ache so don’t give up and make sure you give the HYPNIA Mattress at least 2 to 3 weeks trial.

I had expected memory foam pillows as zi had with my first Hypnia mattress, so was very disappointed to receive very basic kapoc filled pillows instead. I certainly would not have paid the asking price for those pillows and expected better from Hypnia

I bought the Hypnia original hybrid mattress after a recommendation from my sister.who swears by them.Wow, wish I'd done it years ago. This mattress is so comfortable, my back pain has gone and I'm finally getting a proper night's sleep. I will never go back to another type if mattress.

I kept the box but my wife says there is no chance this mattress is going anywhere!!! The boss has spoken.

I did not receive my mattress protector

Great to get a decent mattress in a box - previously had an Emma mattress which was comfy but the customer service was dire. This mattress is heavy but manageable and when you release it from the packaging it fluffs up instantly. Other reviewers mentioned the smell but I didn’t find it unpleasant (just a newish smell) nor did it linger. Have only slept on it twice but no complaints so far!

Mattress arrived very quickly, bery happy with my purchase.
My pillows (that are free) with orders over £300 didnt arrive. I sent an email and the pillows arrived couple of days later

Even better than I expected! So comfy And A super king size for me and of course, the dog !!! Wish my new bed would arrive though, it’s coming next week for the full experience. Buy it- you won’t regret it!!!!

Beautifully made mattress, however very firm, body aches after sleeping. I will give it a couple of months to see if things improve, if not, I may have to return as this was an expensive mattress, bought with the thought that you spend a lot of your life sleeping, so worth investing in.

Since sleeping on my new mattress I have had some of the best nights sleeps in a long time. In fact it’s caused me issues of not wanting to get out of it in a morning to go to work.

Mattress Protector

As the title suggests, it is difficult buying such a personal thing as a mattress, no more so than doing it online, every manufacturer touting there numerous models for the perfect nights sleep, after hours of scrolling through reviews from everyone and there dog I came across Hypnia with just a few to look at it made choosing easy and the reviews looked genuine, purchasing was easy prompt delivery and so glad I made the right choice after a fortnight sleeping on it , very happy.

Unfortunately the mattress I ordered never got delivered, after numerous unhelpful telephone calls to your customer service team which may I add where useless, i eventually cancelled my order.

After having a full memory foam mattress for many years, which we loved, it must have got to the end of its life as my wife and I began waking up with sore ribs. Plus in summer, I could often wake up in a patch of sweat, which isn’t pleasant!

We decided a firmer yet still supportive mattress may be required and after trying some in a shop owned by another brand, choose a medium hybrid. This was the worst decision as it was like concrete - I had no idea how much a poor mattress could affect your health as we’d always been pretty lucky to that point. Trouble sleeping, back and joint pain meant my wife and I were absolutely miserable over the Christmas period but we had to wait 30 days before we could exchange the mattress. This became so unbearable that I requested a refund rather than exchange, which fortunately I was granted.

We then spent hours researching mattresses online and found the Hypnia Surpeme Hybrid. Delivery was prompt but not communicated so it was lucky we were in, which isn’t great. However, that night, the first night on the Hypnia, was life changing! We both slept 12 hours (clearly needed to catch up!) and our backs were noticeably better after just one night.

Fast forward 3 days and all pain was gone, with full movement having returned also. We instantly changed mindsets from being anxious about going to bed, to counting down the minutes!

So happy we found this mattress!
