So far the mattress seems great. So many mistakes/errors around the delivery of our mattress though. We got the mattress eventually with a £60 credit for our trouble. I was fortunate enough to speak to Adam who was the only reason I didn't cancel the order. His ability to offer just the right amount of empathy and understanding and his commitment to making sure we did actually get our mattress made all the difference. Apparently they are organising their deliveries differently so our experience should now be a rarity.

Suggest delivery should include unpacking mattress & placing on bed! Living on my own & elderly could not cope with unpacking & much too heavy to lift! Had to wait for a relative to visit & help!!
Finding a bit harder than used to & will see if I get used to it! Otherwise quite comfortable!

Lovely mattress, on the firm side, but also v comfortable. On the downside, delivery was slightly delayed and the mattress didn't come on the day I had booked.

I wouldn’t have left a review but I got this message asking for one. The mattress never arrived although I contacted the company at least twice in 14 days. Payment has not been refunded either

Very comfortable at any body position sleeping. Quite firm. However not as cool as expected, gets very warm during the night.

Very good kingsize matress at a good price . Good service and delivery. In my opinion this matress is firmer than implied which suits me as I was concerned it might be too soft

I have regular back pain. Since buying this it has improved by back dramatically which I’m very happy about. A very comfortable mattress too.

I am well happy with the purchase. It's rated medium, and whilst it is a medium level of support it feels just a little softer than other mediums I've previously had. That is probably the pillow top giving it that softer edge, which is perfect for me to be honest.

Bought this as a side-sleeper to soften a quite firm memory foam mattress. It does a genuinely excellent job. It is thick and heavy with comfy give and great “spring back” when you move. The absence of straps is a real and bizarre problem because it claims to have a non- slip cover but it does move. For a week I had to keep moving it back into place after it shifted each night. After a week I bought an undersheet with straps and that seems to be doing the job of holding it in place. Otherwise very pleased with it. Good price and worth the money
