After having a full memory foam mattress for many years, which we loved, it must have got to the end of its life as my wife and I began waking up with sore ribs. Plus in summer, I could often wake up in a patch of sweat, which isn’t pleasant!

We decided a firmer yet still supportive mattress may be required and after trying some in a shop owned by another brand, choose a medium hybrid. This was the worst decision as it was like concrete - I had no idea how much a poor mattress could affect your health as we’d always been pretty lucky to that point. Trouble sleeping, back and joint pain meant my wife and I were absolutely miserable over the Christmas period but we had to wait 30 days before we could exchange the mattress. This became so unbearable that I requested a refund rather than exchange, which fortunately I was granted.

We then spent hours researching mattresses online and found the Hypnia Surpeme Hybrid. Delivery was prompt but not communicated so it was lucky we were in, which isn’t great. However, that night, the first night on the Hypnia, was life changing! We both slept 12 hours (clearly needed to catch up!) and our backs were noticeably better after just one night.

Fast forward 3 days and all pain was gone, with full movement having returned also. We instantly changed mindsets from being anxious about going to bed, to counting down the minutes!

So happy we found this mattress!

Supreme Hybrid Mattress

Best decision I have ever made regarding this Mattress, I have the soft, yet it is firm enough. over the short time I have slept on this my body feels straighter. Back pain gone, shoulder pain is going, neck pain is relieved. After years of aches and pains and bad sleep I decided to try a bit of luxury and spend the right amount for this Supreme Hybrid Mattress. I love it so pleased. Thank you Hypnia 😊

Item ordered but not received to date! What there to write about?

It’s early days, but the mattress seems to achieve the impossible. Soft to the touch, and warm but also a good firm support structure. You will need a squad of strong people to move it upstairs though. It’s VERY heavy.

Why didn't I change my old mattress sooner? Who knew the new Hypnia would be so comfortable and supportive? I had been worried about not testing the mattress before buying but I am so pleased I took the plunge and ordered. Definitely a good start to 2025.

I have not slept so well for years and find myself wishing I could take my mattress with me when I need to stay away!

We brought one of these mattresses some years ago and it was the best mattress we had brought. We decided to buy this mattress again as the last one gave the best nights sleep and lasted for years. Great mattress if you suffer from Arthritis as ithe mattress is soft and comfortable and I sleep much better now.

Excellent product and service, other than the delivery company did not want to unwrap and place the mattress on the bedframe, although I had paid the £9 fee at the point of order. Not a good company, please rebuke them. Yours faithfully, MR ERIC WILSON MBE.

We have had the Hypnia Euro King Supreme Hybrid Mattress for 3 weeks now and are very pleased with the quality and the sleeping comfort. it was much easier to move into position and open up that we had expected. We left it in position for 3 full days before we slept on it. We did not notice any smell after opening up, that has been reported in some other reviews. We are both sleeping very well on the new mattress and not waking up with any back pains, which is a massive bonus. We did have an issue with delivery, having paid extra to have it arrive on a specified day. Despite having confirmation of delivery from the Carrier the night before, that delivery would be as specified, the mattress didn't arrive. Thanks to Adam at Hypnia, he was immediately on the case and made sure we had delivery the next working day, arranging for the additional cost for specified delivery to be refunded, so overall it worked out OK. We are certainly very pleased with the mattress we chose and can highly recommend it.

Would love to say that Hypnia mattresses are excellent, but sadly never got the chance to try one. Delivery was arranged for 2 December. We were informed by ArrowXL that it had been loaded on the van and out for delivery only to be rung 30 mins before delivery time to say they were not able to deliver. The next day at 08.00 a lorry arrived, sadly this time it appeared that the mattress had not been loaded even though they had the paperwork and delivery note. On the 4 Dec ArrowXL emailed to say that they were unable to deliver, (even though they had never said they were). Hypnia refunded the delivery cost, agreed to send another mattress and agreed that either the new or replacement mattress would be delivered by 6 Dec. Again we were notified that it was on the van and out for delivery only to then get an email to say they would not be able to make the delivery. We cancelled the order and were told that the refund could take 2 days, (the delivery refund had been received the next day). In fact the refund took 7 days, and no it doesn’t take longer to refund than it does to pay. Unfortunately ArrowXL do all the warehousing and deliveries for Hypnia so there is no choice in delivery company and for that reason we will not be using or recommending Hypnia. Went elsewhere, ordered on 6 Dec and delivered 8 Dec. No argument with Hypnia customer service, ArrowXL customer service abysmal.

Mattress is great. But I still haven't received mattress protector I ordered with it. Emailed company and still nothing.

Bought a mattress and a mattress topper, both products are outstanding. Comfortable and clean, delivery was great as well. Highly recommended.

Took time to pick this mattress. Got a fabulous Black Friday deal which made all the difference. No settling in period as the mattress was so so comfy from the onset. Perfect ratio of firmness with the added top layer of memory foam. So glad I went with this mattress. So far so good & would most definitely recommend

Way better than Simba

I am so grateful that I came across this original hybrid mattress on Hypnia's website. It is firm, so comfortable and I have been sleeping so well on it. I would have appreciated if the delivery men collected my previous mattress as it was specified in the order but I will let that slide.
