After much back and forth with customer services, who had no idea where my mattress was, it transpired that it never been sent. Now that their entire website is out of stock, I had to have a refund instead of the mattress I ordered or even a close alternative. Not a good experience.

Didn’t get my pillow

The mattress did not inflate up fully in the corners and sides not even after 36 hours.

Have to leave the mattress for 24 hours before sleeping on it-
Really comfortable wish I had bought it sooner

We brought one of these mattresses some years ago and it was the best mattress we had brought. We decided to buy this mattress again as the last one gave the best nights sleep and lasted for years. Great mattress if you suffer from Arthritis as ithe mattress is soft and comfortable and I sleep much better now.

Excellent mattress exactly what we were looking for.

I bought this mattress before. I loved it then, and I still love it now. So I thought I would buy it again. It is the best memory foam mattress that I’ve had.

While my old mattress wasn't uncomfortable it was time for a change. I've already notice how I sleep for longer on my new one and I wake up less frequently. Both are very nice consequences of buying this one. Very glad I did.
