Mattress is great but the driver of the delivery van was rude and in a hurry . He knocked a picture off the wall by running the mattress downstairs . He also almost refused to unwrap the mattress and went and sulked in the van . Didn’t apologise for his behaviour and upset my wife with his temper . You should get another delivery firm

Good quality mattress but not as comfortable as I expected due to the stitched panels! would be better with a smooth seamless cover!

We chose Hypnia because the reviews for the Supreme Hybrid mattress were good (including by Which? magazine) and because we loved their ethics. The mattress is very clearly well-made and robust - built to last at a remarkably fair price, delivery was quick and the customer service was impeccable: kind, empathetic, attentive, with speedy, efficient responses (thank you so much Sabrina). Even the courier company was great and made life easy with their communication, friendliness and preparedness. Its so good to know that companies like Hypnia exist both in terms of quality of service and ethics. We're glad we found them and hope to be able to buy from them again.

Heavy deep mattress should be rated as firm .we are having to spend another hundred pounds for a topper noisey when you move on it like crispy hospital bed , not that comfy

Just replaced our previous Hypnia and it’s even better ! Fast delivery plus I treated myself to the pillows and boy was it worth it ❤️

Having researched various mattresses, the Hypnia Supreme Hybrid ticked all the boxes - so glad I made the right decision, it’s fabulous and there was no odour as many had claimed. Highly recommend it for a great night’s sleep.

I placed an order and was given 3-5 days for delivery. The day came I received neither the mattress nor an update. When I chased them they said that order was going to be delivered soon.
I received communication from ArrowXL saying that the order was going to be delivered the next day, on the day of delivery I received another communication from ArrowXL saying that there were unable to deliver as the order was not complete.
This whole period of about 20 days left me without the order.
