So far the mattress seems great. So many mistakes/errors around the delivery of our mattress though. We got the mattress eventually with a £60 credit for our trouble. I was fortunate enough to speak to Adam who was the only reason I didn't cancel the order. His ability to offer just the right amount of empathy and understanding and his commitment to making sure we did actually get our mattress made all the difference. Apparently they are organising their deliveries differently so our experience should now be a rarity.

Suggest delivery should include unpacking mattress & placing on bed! Living on my own & elderly could not cope with unpacking & much too heavy to lift! Had to wait for a relative to visit & help!!
Finding a bit harder than used to & will see if I get used to it! Otherwise quite comfortable!

Very good kingsize matress at a good price . Good service and delivery. In my opinion this matress is firmer than implied which suits me as I was concerned it might be too soft
