I’ve not received the mattress yet!

I have to commend them on the design, it is superb for my back. This is until I need to lift the corner to put the fitted sheet under it. It is incredibly heavy and I can't do it alone. It is also very deep and my feet don't touch the floor when sitting on the side (I am 5'3"). Definite pro's and con's surrounding this bed, but overall, I am happy I bought it and I am sure the con's will fade as I get used to it.

After 14 days I’m still contacting customer service daily to work out when/if I’m getting my mattress.

The mattress is great, have never slept better, 5 stars.

The delivery however was appalling, my order was 10 days overdue. What I will say is Johnathan at Hypnia was very helpful in resolving the matter and did offer compensation in the form of some mattress covers.

I struggled somewhat with the Supreme hybrid mattress due to it being too firm for my arthritic spine. I contacted hypnia via email. I was asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I opted for a replacement to the supreme memory foam which is a softer mattress. Unfortunately at this point communication broke down and I wasn't sure if the replacement was coming. The next I heard was from the courier who contacted me the day before delivery to say it was coming.
Although it's been a bit of a communication disaster, I can't complain. There was no hassle. The mattress was exchanged quickly & without question. Thank you Hypnia.

Never received the mattress despite scheduling the delivery 3 times. Lost 3 weeks time and 3 days off from work. I eventually cancelled the order and I ve got a Simba which came very professionally after 2 days.

Ordered this mattress and requested a delivery date, waited in all day and it didn’t arrive and no communication. Followed up the next day and was told they don’t deliver at weekends, despite me being able to select a weekend delivery. Agreed a new delivery date (after numerous phone calls) arranged to be in for that delivery and it was cancelled the day of the delivery. I ended up cancelling the order as they gave me no confidence in their ability to deliver.

Very very comfortable and heavy! No complaints whatsoever brilliant mattress.

Ordered it 20 days ago. First one ‘delivered’ but wasn’t…. How can I review it when I’m waiting for replacement to the made up first one??

Never in my entire life have I had more difficulty in arranging a delivery or getting an answer out of a customer services team. If you have limited patience I would not recommend purchase direct. The mattress itself however is superb.
