Poor quality of mattress. Can only use on spare room for guests. Not suitable for every night sleeping. Uncomfortable after a few days. Customer Service terrible. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Go elsewhere. 0 stars.

I tried the Original Hybrid mattress for 2 weeks and the Supreme mattress on another bed and preferred the Supreme as it's a bit softer and does not collapse at the edge. I have now received the Supreme and will return the original mattress. Thanks to Hypnia for allowing me to replace it on their 200 day trial.

Mattress is fine comfortable and settles well, the delivery service is appalling, after contacting both the courier and HYPNIA I couldn’t locate my package, which had no working tracking number and I had no contact from company to tell me it had been delivered or where. 3 days later I managed to find my mattress thrown over my garden fence in what was left of the box in the bottom of my garden. I had great difficulty in moving the 39kg mattress into my house. Company had forged my signature for delivery and left it there. Would not recommend as they have done nothing to sort this out or give me information as to why this happened

My daughter-in-law was ecstatic about the mattress, so am very happy to give it the highest rating. Just a shame that so many errors were made in its delivery: first of all, we received a delivery of a double topper and not a single mattress and then subsequently we received a delivery of two single mattresses and not one. What is more, the driver refused to take the second back to the depot and we had to arrange for its separate collection. Such incompetence is hard to explain and must have serious financial implications for your company. It certainly caused us a great deal of inconvenience.

It's been only a few weeks since I purchased the mattress but so far so good. The mattress is the right size, fits bedframe and is firm, which is what I wanted.
Delivery arrangements were poor and caused us problems. Delivery happened unannounced, we weren't notified and the mattress was left on a doorstep as nobody was home. We had to carry a heavy box upstairs, luckily I had someone to help. 4 days after the mattress was delivered, I received a notification that it's been dispatched...

Ultimate Mattress Topper

Absolutely brilliant mattress so comfortable but it is so heavy I can't even lift the corners to put sheet on apart from that I haven't got any problems

Very happy with the mattress

I ordered a mattress and decided to return it since the size wasn't adequate. Hypnia organised the collection, a delivery company came and collect it. It has passed more than 2 weeks since this happened and the customer support doesn't respond to my emails to give me an update about the refund. Very disappointed 😞

Supreme Hybrid Mattress

The mattress is well made but too firm. Apart for the mattress topper there isn’t enough give in it. Both my wife and are are struggling to adapt awakening with sore hips and shoulders. We would not say that this is medium. We are still trying it, giving it 30 days trial. At the moment it looks like it’s coming back. We use a lot of different beds on holiday etc. without issue so it’s surprising. I even wondered if there is something wrong with it or I should have removed some thing. I’ve checked, there’s nothing to remove.

This Mattress is super soft. a delight to sleep on

Did a lot of research before buying. Very happy I chose this one. Supportive but has a bit of comforting give in it. Breathes well and doesn’t get hot.
I will repeat buy again for second bedroom when funds permit. Have been sleeping really well and wake up feeling refreshed. Fab mattress. Well done Hypnia and Thankyou.

Found this mattress when look for a new one online. Very well priced, easy purchase experience, delivered quickly and well packaged. Would buy from this company again.

Supreme Hybrid Mattress

Fabulous mattress. Surely it can't be coincidence that I have slept so soundly since it arrived three weeks ago!? A real pleasure to wake up in the mornings.
I paid £39 to have the old mattress taken away when the new one was delivered. However, the delivery/collection company said they couldn't take the old one because it needed to be wrapped in plastic. Neither the delivery/collection company nor Hypnia had told me this information. The delivery/collection men said they wouldn't be allowed to wait whilst I'd wrapped the old one which I offered to do.
Still having the old mattress hanging around was a pain. I was able to book and pay for the local council to collect it 10 days later. I contacted Hypnia to refund their collection charge but they only refunded me £19.
